Have you decided that your ready to build that new home you've been dreaming about? Have you been drawing sketches of what you think you might like, Or are you a builder ready to put together some models of your own? Either way, we can help.

We design and draft for contractors, builders, owner builders and home owners. We'll be glad to assist with your design and make suggestions for improvement, or layout a completely new plan based on your preferences.

Here is an overview of how we get a design concept from your head into a usable plan set:

The process is simple. First, you will contact us and we'll set up an appointment. Then at the appointment, you'll meet with the owner (Brian Sites) and discuss what it is you're looking for from this house (ex. how many bedrooms/baths, approx. square footage, design preferences for curb appeal, functionality and future plans for home...). Next, we'll take your information and create a preliminary floor plan and front elevation-usually takes around 2 weeks. We'll then have you look it over and make any mark-ups and/or notes. After the mark-ups, we'll make your changes and complete the architectural plan set. This includes but is not limited to: Elevations, Floor plans, Foundation plan, Electrical Plan and Roof plan. You'll be able to take these plan sets and get quotes, financing and other required permit documentation. Once you've gone through the plan set thoroughly and feel comfortable that no more changes are required, we'll send the plans to engineering. A structural Engineer or Architect will sign and seal the final plans and the plans will be ready for permitting.

That may seem like a lot on paper but the process is really simple for creating and obtaining sealed plan sets that are ready for permitting. Also, if you would like to use your own Engineer or Architect, that's no problem either. We'll gladly work with you.
